“Everything was great per usual. Every time I come to St. Louis, I stay here. S/O to Debbie who had a ton of stuff going on but yet when I had to go back downstairs for the 3rd time because my key card wasn’t working, she took the time to rectify the situation and got someone up there to help me immediately. The customer service was EXCELLENT! I will be back soon! ”
