“We stayed at the Mermaid Beach Hotel over the Christmas period. Jude our host was wonderful and I cannot speak more highly of her. However, we were very disappointed with the property itself. We booked this hotel as it was advertised that it included a beachside restaurant and bar. However, this was not the case and the hotel restaurant and bar was shut the entirety of our stay (except for when they opened for a private corporate Christmas party that went until 2am). “Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per tre giorni dal 22 al 25 agosto 2014. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una camera (che vendono come suite) con due letti matrimoniali con le molle dei materassi completamente rotte ed assenza totale di acqua calda. “Dave was super helpful and friendly throughout our short (2 nights) stay. He picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry and stopped by the supermarket so we could pick up some supplies during our arrival.
