“Took over one hour 30 min to check in. Food was terrible. Room service had very limited options, took long and sometimes forgot to deliver order. Chicken at the lunch buffet was served with feathers on it. Staff appeared to be nonchalant about issues raised. They offered a romantic dinner to passify but no one came to take us to the dinner dispite calling and front desk and informing that we were dressed and ready. Total disaster. “My second time here, I love this place. The management and staff are so sweet and accommodating. The room was comfortable and the view is beautiful. The pool is warm and inviting. You are up a hill, so mobility is necessary for going up and down. The Grand Anse beach is in walking distance. I will definitely return. ”

“Tired worn down older hotel on an exquisitely beautiful ( mostly) quiet beach. 20 minute walk to restaurants in Grand Anse. Few dining options near hotel. Loud ( music decibel) party boats crowded with cruise ship people visited the beach ruining the quiet vibe - which was the best part of it. Would not return. Would stay on Grand Anse instead. ”
