“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Birthday Stay Ever! 🌺
We had the absolute best stay at Hale Hokuala Kauai! The hotel is absolutely breathtaking, extremely clean, peaceful, and secluded, making it feel like your own little paradise. The amenities are fantastic, and there’s even a beach access path right next to the hotel. The location is perfect because you feel tucked away, yet you’re conveniently located near everything on the island.
The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to...

“Our experience at the Westin Princeville during the hurricane was incredibly disappointing, and what happened afterward made it way worse.
Because of the hurricane and resulting conditions on Kauai, we were effectively stranded at the hotel for an additional two days. We had no choice but to extend our stay because travel and road conditions made it impossible for us to leave as planned.
I understand that Marriott did not cause the hurricane and I never expected the hotel to somehow be...

“The grounds were beautiful and immaculate. The desk staff was friendly and helpful when the desk was open, which was only from 8am-7pm. This was inconvenient because if you needed anything beyond those times they had you call security. I wanted a simple coffee pod in the morning not assistance for security.
They did no housekeeping while we were there and our floor got very messy due to sand and other things we brought in on our shoes. We could not walk barefoot after a few days. Perhaps they...

“Staff can use a customer service training. Staff is not friendly. The people in the front are rude and don’t have basic manners like greeting you. The only people who are friendly in the whole hotel are the people in the valet. Rooms also don’t get clean every day but every other day. Overall not a bad place to stay but I would explore other options first.”

“Buon posizionamento per poter girare l'isola poiché posizionata vicino all'aeroporto e a metà strada tra la costa sud, il North shore e il canyon, è quindi consigliato avere un'automobile per potersi muovere in autonomia per l'isola. Nelle strette vicinanze negozi e posti per mangiare.”

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday.
The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow".
In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!!
The hotel at some point was also out...
