“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Hotel. Der persönliche Check-in war sehr angenehm und herzlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten bequem und es war angenehm ruhig, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten.
Besonders gefallen hat uns auch das tolle Frühstück. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

“Das Personal war super freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es allerdings: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren es bis zu 38 °C, sodass es im Zimmer ziemlich warm wurde. Ein Ventilator war zwar vorhanden, konnte die Hitze aber leider nicht wirklich ausgleichen. Auch der kleine Kühlschrank hat kaum gekühlt. Normalerweise dürfte das in Deutschland kein großes Problem sein, da solche Temperaturen eher die...

“Eine Nacht bewohnten wir zu dritt die große Suite Nr. 84. Vorweg, das Personal im Restaurant war am Abend und am Morgen hervorragend, sehr aufmerksam, bemüht und freundlich. Der Mann an der Rezeption beim Check in war reserviert freundlich aber o.k. Der Mann an der Rezeption am Abend, dem wir vor dem Abendessen unsere Mängelliste mitteilten, war einfach unterirdisch. Die große Suite wurde mit allen Annehmlichkeiten beworben. Leider kam die Ernüchterung schnell. Das Bett für die 3. Person war...

“Wir hatten bei ihnen ein Zimmer gebucht, jedoch konnte mein Mitarbeiter bei ihnen nicht einchecken da dieses Hotel nur für „Golfspieler“ sei. Es war nirgendwo gekennzeichnet dass dieses Hotel ausschließlich für Golfspieler sei! Meine Mitarbeiter wurden daraufhin in ein anderes Hotel weitergeleitet, wäre das klar gewesen, hätte ich nicht bei ihnen gebucht!!”
