“We love staying here because of the location, but it is a bit overpriced for what you get. One of the bedrooms is literally just that. A room with a bed. No tv, not even a bedside table. Nowhere to even put your clothes. ”

“Parking was great but the renovation process was not completed in our suites. The microwave was vintage, Tv old and chairs and curtains aged. The saving grace was the kind and respectful staff. We’d come again but not until the Reno is completed. None the less we still had a great mini vacation. ”

“We were put in a handicap room and we did not request this. Our lights did not work and the staff just said it’s the only room we have. No apology or request to address the issue. My husband had to find the breaker and trip the switch for lights and he also had to attach the toilet seat! The worst hotel experience I have ever had! ”

“L’hotel è molto bello e si trova in una bella posizione dell’isola. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. La colazione è buona. Il grosso problema di questo hotel è che se si resta più di un giorno nei giorni successivi, bisogna richiedere di pulire le stanze e non vengono mai pulite Come si deve. Vengono solo cambiati gli asciugamani, svuotati i cestini e a volte tirati i letti. Non è accettabile che per soggiorni più lunghi si debba rimanere con lo sporco e la polvere...
