âPleasantly surprised by this hotel. Short walk to Olympic Gondola for commute to Meribel Centre. Walking distance to couple restaurants and food market.
Clean, and upgraded throughout with professional staff that kindly addressed our questions.
We would happily stay here again!â

âHotel dĂ©cevant vu le prix. La chambre Ă©tait vieille, peinture abĂźmĂ©e, Ă©quipement vĂ©tuste... La cage d'escalier sentait l'urine, la propretĂ© laisse Ă dĂ©sirer en gĂ©nĂ©ral. Le personnel Ă©tait cependant aimable et attentif, et le petit dĂ©jeĂ»ner correct. Mais pour 200⏠la nuit, on s'attendait vraiment Ă mieux, surtout que les photos ne reflĂštent pas du tout la chambre oĂč nous avons dormi...â

ânon solo l'albergo non conta con una vera e propria reception e quindi l'orario per il check in non e per niente elastico ma le camere tenute molto fredde con riscaldamento basso ed in piĂč non era nemmeno disponibile bagnoschiuma nel bagnoâ

âAbsolutatemente lamentable. Las sillas rotas, la fregona del siglo pasado, la luz del baño fundida, el suelo pegajoso, ceniceros sin limpiar... y lo peor... NO HABIA SABANAS NI TOALLAS, ni responden a los email o las llamadas!!!!â

email with arrival instructions with keybox code not sent, had to call.
given the price per 1 night to not have linen, or basic cleaning products available is ridiculous. toilet brush holder missing. hoover handle broken. skole alarm beeping all night every 5 mins (I checked I battery low, but couldn't figure out the issue)
basic mismatching cooking equipment and plates/glasses more of a standard of student accomodation. no corkscrew.

I booked this property because the listing shows a central Courchevel 1850 building. In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all â clear location misrepresentation.
At check-in the apartment was not cleaned or prepared: no bed linens, no towels, no toilet paper, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The unit...

âNo towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!!
Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furnitureâŠ
OVERPRICED!!!

âJ ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyĂ©, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

âDisappointing
I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...
