“The continental breakfast was almost no existent. The juice machine and waffle maker were out of service.
There was a sign on the case that contained bagels and bread items that said Limit One and since the was only one person I saw in the breakfast area during my stay, I question how fresh the bread items are.
There were no hangers in the room to hang clothes (shirts for example). The hotel only has one ironing board and the front desk also had to provide me with the iron.

“The staff was helpful in certain ways. As for the hotel, it doesn't look like the photos on the website at all. It wasn't safe to walk to your room at night. The room phone didn't work at all, which is a safety hazard for me; there wasn't a remote control for the TV, and the TV didn't work either, nor did the air conditioner. The room smelled really bad, it looked dirty, and the whole setting wasn't up to par. It looked very damaged. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any travelers.”

“The beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels were clean. The breakfast was also delicious. However, the rooms were extremely outdated, with worn and damaged furniture, torn wallpaper, and visible stains throughout. Bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned! It was very disappointing to see such poor room conditions from an otherwise reputable brand, as the overall appearance was quite unappealing.”

“We had a booked originally a different hotel about 20 minutes away and it was absolutely disgusting. We were able to book this one within 30 minutes and be there and check in with no issues! Breakfast was excellent and everything was nice and clean. The staff was also super helpful.”
