“I stayed at the hotel for a business trip, my room was great and very comfortable. My only complaint is I reserved a room with ocean view and instead I I had the view of a huge construction going on next to the hotel. Same construction that did not allow me to sleep as the workers will start working at 6:00 in the morning. You can hear the loud machines and the noise of the construction, I wish the hotel or Expedia will mention this when you are making your reservation.”

“Firstly I want to say the people running the place were super kind and helpful. Great price for what you get but the one downside is getting in and out of the establishment, since it is located on the 1. And my only complaint is the windows, they did not lock, so you could slide it open from the outside and how thin they were, you could hear everything and everyone right outside it was as if the window was open to just the screen.”

“The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy”

“We were drawn to this hotel largely because of its location based on reviews (near waterfront) and reviews on Expedia ('excellent'). We were very surprised by our experience. Our room was comfortable with a very small bathroom with little space for items, mirror over the toilet not over the sink. No view (the window in the room was shaded out with a little visibility at the back of an adjacent building).
It is not near the waterfront. To get to the waterfront it's about a 15 minute walk. ...

“Their “handicap accessible” room is barely that. Sure, it’s accessible but the tub can be dangerously slippery. I almost had an incident where I was changing positions while seated on the bench in the tub when my body slipped off the bench and I nearly fell into the tub. They need to provide some sort of anti slip protection for the tub and bathroom floor.”
