“Room had a sour smell and noticed the sheets and blanket on the bed had a sour smell, like they were left on the washing machine too long then placed in the dryer. They brought just sheets we had to change them ourselves and they didn’t even remove the sour sheets from our room. Not a pleasant stay this time will be finding another place to stay when I return.”

“Fantastico. Camere pulitissime, zona servita da ogni cosa, ristoranti, farmacie, negozi, vicinissima alle dimore storiche del Garden District. Personale incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, se avete un auto a noleggio c'è il parcheggio al coperto incluso. Non riesco a trovare un difetto. Il prezzo è largamente al di sotto della qualità. Tutto eccellente. P.S. attraversate la strada e il tram n 12 vi porta dritti al French Quarter. Che altro aggiungere? Grazie!”

“The property was clean, our door didn’t lock so we had to change out rooms. The mattresses need to be replaced and the rooms can use a little updating but overall it was a good stay. I think the staff said they are about to start a renovation so that would definitely make it a great stay”

“Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend
My stay at this hotel was unfortunately one of the worst I’ve experienced, especially given the price.
From the moment I checked in, there were issues. My room did not have hot water, and there was no engineer available that evening to fix the problem. I eventually told the front desk not to worry about it and took another cold shower, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price point.
