“I will not be staying at this hotel chain in the future.
The only late check out option was 12pm; after that, you’re required to pay for an additional day. I opted for check out by 12pm and housekeeping still tried to enter my room just after 11am. I was in a towel and they kept trying to push the door open, even though I kept saying the room was occupied. After they asked if I had confirmed late check out at the front desk, they finally left. It was extremely disconcerting to have someone...

“It seems like a brand new property and is by far the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable, the pool was clean and complementary EV charging. The staff is very helpful and cordial, absolutely no issues and a surprisingly great stay.”

“Il motel sarebbe anche passabile se non avessi avuto un invasione di formiche in bagno. Nonostante lo abbia fatto notare in reception il giorno successivo non è stato fatto nulla per risolvere il problema…hanno solo raccolto i cadaveri da me lasciati e infatti la notte successiva ho avuto lo stesso problema…formiche giganti in tutto il bagno!! Colazione scarsa o praticamente inesistente. ”

“The first night the hot tub was full of children NO PARENTS...Then we get wome up by a fire alarm only to find out it was false. Second night we go to the hot tub and a family has a guy from out if town staying there so they all 9 of them 2 adults 7 kids are at the pool with the one genleman who is an actual patron of the hotel with all the kidsin the hit tub being obnoxious. I just wish kids were NOT AT ALL ALLOWED IN HOT TUBS/ SPA areas. Theses should be adult only areas. ”

“The lobby and pool are beautiful but the rooms are older and a bit run down. They have water bottles in the room that cost $3 each 🙄 the staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool was pretty nice, just a bit dirty (granted it is an outdoor pool). It was adequate. But probably wouldn’t stay again. ”

“Room was decently clean. Staff was horrid, harassing and yelling at guests regarding various things such as having a beer can in the room, smoking in the “designated smoking area”, “loitering” in the parking lot by standing/talking to family who were also staying at the same hotel. Was also pounding on various doors at 7am and yelling at two cars worth of policemen in the parking lot after calling them on a random guest. Manager also admitted to using the security cameras to watch what guests...
