“Very nice staff at the desk, clean room and comfortable bed. But there was no coffee maker in the room! So when I asked the front desk about that, she brought one to my room. Seems they are trying to save on cups, but are very willing to give you a coffee maker and accoutrement’s, if you ask!”

“Bed mattresses slide off frames, bad.
Having to use your card to keep the lights on was a pain. Got locked out of room because of card needing to be used to keep lights on while trying to bring luggage into room . Door would not stay open on its own.
Gated parking was nice, except they let a semi in and it could not turn and was having lots of issues.
Nice location next to river.”

“Siamo arrivati in serata, la ricezionesta molto gentile ci ha detto che la piscina non era agibile, le abbiamo chiesto delle monete per la lavanderia ma non le aveva a disposizione.
La camera aveva un forte odore di cloro, il copriletto era bucato, la doccia era sporca ed impresentabile agli ospiti, l aria condizionata non funzionava, il materasso era molle e scomodo e non c’era nemmeno il frigorifero.

“This is a brand new property that was in a central location for our baseball tournament. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. It was a great bonus to have a full-sized fridge to use for our time there.
There were some things I didn't realize before going on that I think are important to note that impacted our stay and might impact others. As we have never stayed at this brand of properties before, we thought that getting an extended stay room with a kitchenette...
