“We've stayed here in past years and really enjoyed it. The pool is small, but the pool and spa are a pleasant place to relax. We like the refrigerator and microwave in the rooms, and the water-filling station in the lobby.
This time, we found out the pool and spa were closed once we got there. They were able to send us a Welcome message, but not a message about their amenities being unavailable. When I spoke to the general manager about getting a credit on our bill for lack of advertised...

Be aware that patio is accessible to neighbors’ kids/pets since lower part is open. Front desk open until 9:30-ish. No one present later as expected.”
