“Staff was nice and helpful. However, the hotel is too old, and looks very run down. At around 1am, a rat appeared from behind the cabinets and scurried around behind the cabinets for a bit. I quickly asked staff for a different room. They told me there was none so i just told them to take me to the airport because no way i was going to sleep in a room with a rat scurring around. “Property is clean. Located in front of a big mall and alot of dining options at the hotel and around the hotel. Crowne Plaza Hotels are a hit or huge miss. This one was one of the more decent ones. Buffet is good but room service was not good. Staff are nice. But the most important thing to me is whether the rooms are clean. The rooms are clean here. Jose the manager is the one you want to look for if you can only speak English. ”
