“Upon check-in I was given a room that wasn’t the one I had paid for, when I complained the staff told me that it was valentines weekend so they are very busy, after a while they agreed to move me. I got food poisoning from a room service club sandwich and was very ill for 4 days. The hotel room air con was very noisy and didn’t work very well. The room only had hot water when you left the bath tap and sink tap on for over 5 minutes. The room was only on the 8th floor so this was very odd. I...

“The hotel is brand new and clean. Some services like the SPA were not available at the time of my visit as it was still in the process of opening, but the staff was wonderful, the food delicious and it made for a great experience.”

“Very helpful Staffa s good spacious rooms. Only let down is the public bar was hired out to a private function and so other guests were left to use the second restaurant. This restaurant has good staff but because it is too big, hence the ambience is lacklustre in my humble opinion.”

“My family and I have stayed here a few times. The staff is friendly. This time, we found a large hole in the comforter. The bed was made in such a way that the hole could not be easily seen. The cleaning lady always showed up at 7 AM. That is a little too early. Also, the TV did not work. It seems like the cable bill was not paid, but they made it seem like the issue was with the TV. We informed the staff, but nothing was done. Very disappointing. ”

“Séjour agréable, accueil a la réception très chaleureux. Service housekeeping au top. La chambre qui m’a été attribuée était impeccable, bien entretenue et parfaitement préparée. Le confort du lit, la propreté irréprochable, le calme ambiant ainsi que l’agencement étaient parfaits. Un petit souci avec la climatisation a été rapidement pris en charge et résolu par le technicien. Mention spéciale à Sabine du service des étages ( bravo pour son professionnalisme )”

“Otel cok yeni ve cok temiz. Personel cok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Özellikle otelin Novotel ile bağlantılı oluşu fiyat performans konusunda çok üst düzeyde olmasını sağlıyor. Restoran harika, kahvaltı kesinlikle yeterli ve lezzetli. Havuz ve gym imkanlari cok iyi. Kesinlikle yine bu otelde konaklayacagim.”
