The pool and hot tub were closed without any explanation at the time of check in. The next morning the manager reported that the pump had broken. That would have been a bit more understandable. The receptionist at check in was very rude about it. The manager the next day, defended her stating that she is a very "nice" person and that I was rude because I said they should have let us know. “When we got there about an hour after we made the reservation y expedia there was no room available. We had to drive about 75 miles further to find accommodations for the night in Gaylord, Michigan. I sent a letter to you over 2 weeks ago asking for a refund. Have not seen a refund or an explanation! Do Not plan using Expedia again.”
