Welcome to the “House in the Clouds”. This 2,060sf Sicilian Villa home set on 10 acres is beautiful and private. This house has an incredible view of Folsom Lake & the American River. Being near endless outdoor adventures rafting, hiking, fishing, boating Etc. This property is an outdoorsmen or nature lover's paradise! Cook dinner in the gourmet kitchen and enjoy the endless views from the dining table. Relax in the hot tub after a long day of outdoor activities. This house has it all.

Pet Policy and Disclaimer

We are happy to allow pets with prior approval and payment of a pet fee. However, please ensure that pets are kept off the furniture and bedding. Our goal is to continue offering a pet-friendly environment while maintaining the home in a condition where future guests won’t be able to tell that pets are allowed. If evidence of pets on the furniture or beds is found, an additional cleaning fee of $75 will be charged.

Guest can access all parts of the property except the landscaping shed and the well house. For a fee this property also has a Designated RV spot with electrical hook ups and an RV pump out. It's better suited for trailers up to 15' as it might be hard to turn a bigger trailer around when leaving the property.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This property is equipped with Starlink satellite internet, providing download speeds of 120-180 Mbps and upload speeds of 18-25 Mbps. While internet service is reliable, brief interruptions may occur during severe weather. Cell reception varies on the property but improves significantly when connected to Wi-Fi.

SMOKING FEE DISCLAIMER: We take great pride in providing a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. To ensure the well-being of everyone who stays in our property, we strictly enforce a no-smoking policy.

SMOKING FEE: A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found within the premises. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with professional odor removal and restoration of the property to its smoke-free condition.
Our property is routinely inspected for smoke odors after every reservation. If smoking is detected during or after your stay, the smoking fee will be applied to cover the necessary cleaning and restoration processes.

IMPORTANT: We have three cameras in total. One doorbell camera, one at the entry gate to the property and one built into the garage door opener. They only record when they are set off by motion for small periods of time.
