“The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.”

“A quite location just a few blocks away from all the busy! Breakfast was wonderful and staff was so friendly and wanting to help with everything! The room was spacious and modern and very cozy beds! We will be back! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!”

“Excellent downtown location.. Quiet property despite being in the heart of it all. Room was comfortable, bed even more so. Problem was with some of the guests. Had to call down to desk in the middle of the night because of guests fighting and throwing objects in room. Our vehicle’s dashboard cam recorded multiple individuals engaging with our car and one individual peering into our trunk holding a large object. When the car’s alarm went off, he backed away. This occurred in the hotel’s garage.”

“Sono stato in questo ostello un paio di notti, la posizione è un po' distante dal quartiere francese ma collegata molto bene. La struttura è molto organizzata con eventi e tour inoltre è molto pulita e c'è tutto quello che serve per passare un bel soggiorno.”

“Loved the place. It is very clean and well kept. The decor is very nice. The beds are very comfortable. The location is great. Jeanine was wonderful. ”

“Very comfortable the rooms are updated and nicely decorated. All the Front desk staff members are so helpful and extremely friendly! The lobby is very charming with convenient areas for guests who are working while there. They have a consieire who gives great advice and a very helpful and friendly bellman who senses when you need assistance. The restaurant has a very good menue and serves breakfast lunch and dinners on site. There is even a dj on site! I highly recommend hotel Tonnelle!”

“Older hotel but very well maintained with upgrades. Large room with extra sink area. Coffee and water available all day in the lobby. Nice outdoor seating area. Easy and secure parking. Housekeeping services daily! Very near trolley line.”
