The room could’ve been cleaned a little better — there were a few small things that made it feel like housekeeping may have rushed through (hairs, dirty dishes, dusty floors) but it wasn’t anything that completely ruined the experience. “ My room was not cleaned properly. As soon as I arrived and went to use the bathroom, I found dried urine on the toilet seat. I didn’t report it to the front desk — I just went out, bought cleaning supplies, and cleaned the room myself. This is unacceptable for any hotel. I will not be staying here again. If you choose to stay, be prepared to clean the room on your own. The housekeeping staff appears to be doing the bare minimum and collecting a paycheck for work that is not being done. ”
