"I called hotel from airport to inquire about the shuttle hours! The desk clerk that fielded the call, tried to discourage me from staying in the hotel! He lied and told me the hotel was full and oversold ! When i asked him but it's available on hotels.com : He lied again saying it's wrong the hotel ..."
