This two-story home features an incredible backyard perfect for hosting a family get-away! The interior decor and wall murals are perfect for small celebratory gatherings.
The Master suite is downstairs with a very comfortable king size bed, a small table for two and direct access to backyard with bay windows that shows incredible pool view. Master bathroom includes shower, garden jacuzzi tub, two sinks and three vanities.
The downstairs office doubles as a guest room. It has a built-in queen size Murphy bed. Also, full size computer desk with top and bottom cabinets. Two mahogany book cases.
Three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located upstairs. The media room also upstairs has two suede leather recliners, loveseat with ottoman and red velvet drapes.

Guests have shared pictures of fascinating Valentine's Day, Quincenera, bridal & baby shower set-ups in the upstairs theme room. The garden mural looks great as a back drop; it's huge with windows that overlooks the pool. The theme room aka girls room is not only for intimate gatherings but can be utilized as a reading/serenity room or guest bedroom (no privacy).
The vanity room is open to the theme room and perfect size for creating lavish looks and styles.
The neon signs, large floats and projector will be made available by request if weather permits.
What's unique about this home is how it functions for a large family. It provides entertainment and relaxation that makes it hard to leave and venture into the city streets! However, the location is convenient. Close proximity to astute and clever shopping and restaurant experiences.
- 8 minutes from the Premium Outlets. This huge shopping fav has over 200 shops/ 20 restaurants / movie theatre / food court.
- Boardwalk at Townelake has more upscale restaurants on a beautiful lake with light shopping and top notch beauty salons and spas.

More about Spa/Pool Heating
We offer two complimentary spa heating days (60+ degree pool temp) 4 hours max.
Heating the entire pool during freezing temperatures can take a few days and requires special attention during heating. Therefore, if it is your desire to swim during winter months, approval and separate fees are required.
1. The spa/pool heats up 2 - 10 degrees an hour up to 104 degrees depending on size and temperature.
2. Pool and spa heating schedule should be arranged with owner before booking.
3. Heating the spa typically takes 1 - 2 hours.
4. We do not allow guests to operate the pool equipment. The pool features are operated remotely by the owner. If the pool heater is not used exactly as suggested by manufacturer, any issues would not be covered by warranty.
5. There is no spa/ pool heating automation schedule. Instead, we use an app to operate the pool features remotely. Please text me between 8am and 6pm to schedule spa/pool heater.
6. We only operate the heater during daylight hours (8am to 6pm) in case we need to troubleshoot pool equipment.
7. The filter pump and waterfalls automatically turn on (freeze protection mode) when the pool temperature drops below 40.
8. We will not operate the spa/pool heater in temperatures under 60, lighting or raining. If you are an avid swimmer who prefers early morning or late night swimming, please see house manual for recommended facilities.
9. In the past, unforeseen issues have occurred with the SPA HEATER or POOL CHEMISTRY, (unrelated to weather). If the spa and pool is super important to your visit, please let the host know.

The neighborhood is very friendly to bike riders and runners. (6) vehicles are allowed on the property if; (4) vehicles are parked in the driveway and (2) vehicles are parked in front of the home's tree. If at any point other guest arrive, they will have to park on the main street coming into the neighborhood. No parking in front of neighbor's homes in the cul-de-sac.
These few rules are super-enforced by HOA & AirBnB
1. No loud music, motorcycles or heavy foot traffic after 10pm.
2. Trash cans are stored on the pool equipment side of the home. Please do not leave cans out on non-trash pick up days. Trash pickup days are 7:30am Monday and Thursdays.
3. Do not have anything shipped or mailed to the house address. If it's deemed necessary to receive mail, use an amazon pick-up location or P.O. Box. There is a $100 fine for using mail service without permission.
4. Please NO parking in front of neighbor’s homes. It's a violation of their space and privacy.
5. No parties without owners consent. With prior approval, I allowed small intimate family celebratory gatherings. such as college graduation, children birthday, family reunions, baby showers and baccalaureate party.
6. There are strict rules enforced so gatherings. don't turn uncontrollable. I live close by. Any type of function idea you would like to host we must talk about it.
*Yes, we can heat the entire pool at your expense ($50 a day). This must be scheduled and paid (optional fee) in addition to your nightly rate at the time of booking. If the weather hinders your swim schedule, I will refund the pool heating fee.
*Please be respectful of outdoor noise. Quiet time during week nights is from 9 pm to 9 am and weekends is from 10:30 pm to 9 am. If a police is called to the property during these times, will result in a $150 disturbance fee. If a neighbor makes a complaint, will result in a $100 disturbance fee.
*No unapproved guest or events unless authorized by Host
*We monitor incoming traffic and backyard noise to prevent unapproved parties.
*Small gatherings are allowed with owner's approval, but parties are not allowed on this property. If approved for a party over 20, the $200.00 non-refundable fee will be assessed.
