I have stayed in hotels, motels and rooms all over the world, even 3rd world countries. This was the absolute worst place i have ever seen. We entered the room and we left told them to keep the money. Soda cup on top of drawer, ac did not work, and extremely dirty.

Roaches and flies everywhere. Walls so thin you can hear the neighbors conversations. Very unprofessional had to wait an hour to get in my room that was booked hours before i arrived. No hot water the heater didn't work. Will never book oyo hotels again.

Llegué el día de mi check in y había un par de personas afuera fumando hierba, entré y el lobbie era lo mismo, sobre el front desk una hija con la leyenda que si necesitaba asistencia llamada a un número, una persona que llegó antes que yo se estaba quejando del mal servicio del hotel, estuve 23 minutos esperando a alguien, nadie llegó, decidí ir a otro hotel! Si tienes oportunidad de llegar está calificación y piensas quedarte aquí, busca en otro lado. Afuera está inundado de homeless y drogadictos ni tu auto estará seguro. Es una pena que Expedia no verifique los establecimientos, en mi caso que siempre llego a los check-in de noche, es imposible ya solicitar la cancelación porque pasó el tiempo límite, por eso recomiendo buscar otra opción, hay mucho mejores por unos cuantos dólares en el área de san antonio

Roaches, Housekeeping is very rude and will not refresh your room, the management does not answer the phone after hours because he is in his room sleeping, yes he stays on property and this hotel is supposed to be 24hours. They do not accommodate any of your needs of something goes wrong in your room. TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!!! Do not waste your time.

We got what we paid for. the room was clean enough, but the heater didn't work; after trying for a couple of hours to replace, used a space heater. had a lot of outside noise and disruption from "homeless people hanging around. amenities were lacking.

Didn’t stay in this hotel. Homeless camp in the parking lot of the building. People sleeping in bushes along the side of building. Not safe for a family, my wife was approached by panhandlers when we arrived. Never even checked in.

This is NOT an OYO property it is a place called Rest Up Inn. They had roaches on the walls and beds and holes punched in the walls. There are homeless people and drug addicts hanging around outside. I immediately went to the front desk and cancelled and found a hotel.

Do not book this place, not safe and a disaster. A newly “renovated room” which was terrible, no outlet covers, no shower curtains, no window curtains, door that was broken into.

This property did not honor the reservation. They physically locked the door and insisted that no rooms were available on the second night. On the first night I was told that there was one room, but that it was really bad. The room was grotesque. One light could not be turn off. The room was dirty. There were transients walking up and down the halls. Do not go here.

> Booked stay for 12/02-12/03 at 10pm > Called Oyo number listed on Google to confirm if they had availability (because Expedia will take your money on last minute bookings but not refund you if there is no vacancy when you arrive) > Rude rep heard my situation and tells me I have to check in at 3pm. I explain the situation and he keeps repeating himself so I hang up. > 20 minutes later another man calls and assures me there’s a room waiting for me. I just had to make a payment to a link he sends. I ask repeatedly if I’m able to check in right then and he assures me I have nothing to worry about. It felt like a scam due to the call coming from no where. Nonetheless, I make the payment because my wife and kid were sleep and tired. > Go back to the car ,where my son and wife are waiting, and decide to drive there. Did not realize I was there bc the sign said another name and suspicious people loitering outside the hotel. > I arrived at the hotel at 3am 12/03 where I see a no vacancy sign. Walk to night window and clear behind the glass the check in lady is sleep with a sign that reads “no vacancies”. >I call the number back and the guy tells me everything is fine just check in. I said there’s no vacancy. And he reassures me again. He asked to let him talk to the front desk and ask if there is vacancies.. >I woke her up and She said “No” and went back to sleep

The hotel was sketchy when I pulled up. Once in the lobby I patiently waited for the desk attendants help checking in but she had someone before me. Which wasn’t a problem until that one person turned into a 30 minute conversation between her the guess and another member of staff. Once I finally got my room, none of the light work the bed had stain crumbs and little hair shaving on it, the microwave and fridge did not work, and there was no shower curtain, it looked as if the room was mopped and that’s it. But the really horrible part was the people getting high with needles right outside my room and the roaches that were everywhere inside and out. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

i booked for a week stay. upon arrival, i realized that the rooms were nothing like in the pictures online. i requested a non smoking room, they gave me the least smelly room because there were no real non smoking rooms. room was infested with roaches. i had to go out and buy my own roach bait. on about like the 5th day, they showed up around 8 am to spray concentrated pesticides. i clearly had to leave the room for a couple of hours. it is also located in a really bad area of town. there is a group of drug addicts that gather on the complex to just “hang out”. one day i stepped out to the car and found a guy just peeing out in the apt sidewalk. i had asked to speak to the owner but they were always unavailable. definitely do not recommend. expedia should update their listing to show what this place is really like. definitely not recommended

This property & staff is the perfect example of why you should always, 1.Read the fine print. 2.check out the property. Do not to rush the process of lodging. That's if you have any ethics!! However if don't have any this is the perfect place for ya!¡!!

I enjoyed my stay. The staff is amazing, extremely friendly and very efficient. There is one housekeeper (not Annie) that would skip me every time she cleaned though. I didnt need services but making sure I didn't need anything would have been nice. They go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. It's like family. the parking is pretty good. They are doing renovations on some rooms but the rooms are nice and comfortable. It's reasonably priced. I will definitely keep this location saved for the future and will definitely recommend this place to others.

Fleapit, unsafe, shady deals going on in the parking lot. Room smelt strongly of mold and sadness. Exposed sheetrock on wall. I took 2 seconds in the room and left the place. Don’t book !

Stay away from this place, not a hotel not a motel
Things broken in the room, plumbing issue, window wasn’t glass and broken, curtains broken, cockroaches all over the place, not clean at all, homeless people were residence of the place and all around the place, management was not supportive, we left in less than an hour and management refused to refund our money.
