I checked in sort of late on February 16th (on a 2 night stay) so it didn’t bother me much that the tv wasn’t working that night, but I called the front desk the next day for someone to come assist me because I tried everything. I was told a message would be left for maintenance in the morning which is when I check out. Rude and unacceptable.

I love staying here because it is convenient for me when I need a getaway, but I HATE roaches..they should not be in the bed with my husband and I! I also understand it is a pet friendly hotel, but housekeeping can do a better job cleaning the floors.

The lady who checked us in was quite short and rude with me. The hotel room was dirty and there were bugs all over the bathroom tub. Horrible experience, we left at 6:30am.

Save your time and money
Horrible experience The pictures didn’t match the room. I always sanitize and check sheets. sheets were burnt rough and not presentable. Very limited on the towels Very loud outside a lot of loud people outside drunk. Funny business weird vibes. I had a two night stay but checked out first night. So much for saving money please don’t stay I’ll rather spend an extra amount of money to sleep and feel safe

Housekeeping Please!
As always it was great and I checked out only later to decide to make another reservation to stay again. Ironically I got the same room and the soap bar I left in the shower the day prior was still there and the soap dispensers remained empty.

I stay here often, but this time was different. My smoke detector was missing in the room, there were lots of roaches in the room, and I had to figure out a way to close and lock the room door.

The hotel is located just off the interstate which is great. However, the facilities are in need of upgrading, stayed for a week -so it wasn't unlivable but the room needed a new paint job, the floorboards were lifting on one side of the room, the shower curtain wouldn't stay open; therefore the water kept getting outside the shower and into the floor. It also needs a deep clean, the beds were clean but you could tell that there are areas or fixtures that either need to be replaced or bleached. Good for a one time but not staying again.

The staff was very rude and unpleasant. Stayed in a room for a week with the power flipping on and off, the TV did not work, no bathroom light, and the kitchenette was not able to be used. The staff was trying to kick me off the property because I had called Expedia to complain and made me remove the complaint or lose my money and leave the property. Then I did a review and they still tried to kick me off the property.

This property is wonderful and they really helped me with all my issues. They were pleasant and welcoming to me and my family. Will definitely stay again at this location and request the kitchenette room as well. Great staff and very friendly. This hotel helped me out when I had a family situation and was so helpful.

First room tv didn't work, they moved us to another room and roaches were every where. We left and came back to roaches all over our food and drinks. In the bathroom, on the wall. I had to put my purse in the fridge so i didn't bring unwanted bugs home. We asked to be moved the next morning and they did. I will never stay there again. Totally disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!
