This place is super comfortable, clean and excellent value. We were visiting family nearby so the location was good for us. The air con was a bit loud at night as we are not used to it but great given the Texan heat.

My experience here was fine I suppose. The staff was friendly but somehow, they misunderstood that my stay was for two nights not just one and so I was woken up in the morning by the staff to tell me that I needed to be gone in 15 minutes (before 11:00 a.m.) and I didn't leave until the next day. I mainly worried that I had booked my stay incorrectly and so I had to get up get dressed (after a long day of catching flights and driving) and go to the office. It was all cleared up but seemed like an obnoxious oversight that I'm not quite sure how it happened to begin with. To be clear though, the staff was nothing but friendly and helpful about the issue. I was also sort of annoyed that I couldn't adjust the temperature in my room at all. I can understand not allowing a guest to vastly change the room status, but I couldn't adjust it whatsoever. Also, the light / fan to the bathroom was one button combined on the outside of the bathroom door. As a result, when I took a shower that night if I wanted to keep the bathroom fan on the get the steam out, I had to also leave the light on. I also like the bathroom fan noise to help me sleep, but it also leaves the light on at the same time, so it wasn't the biggest deal in the world but just minor issues. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and I slept well. I would stay here again no problem.

Clean clean clean! Best value for the money
Best value hotel we’ve stayed. This was a nice surprise for the price. The road leading to the hotel is extremely well lit and so is the parking lot. It’s away from the main big road so noise is minimal. The outside of the hotel is plain, just like any other motel and boring. Very clean, no trash in site. The lobby is small, but they do serve coffee, juice, cereal, waffles. We didn’t eat here so I can’t vouch for the food but the entire room so very clean and updated. The room we got was on the second floor, two queen beds that were comfortable. You only get two pillows. Pillows weren’t great but the sheets/bedspread were clean. The mattresses have covers. I work in pest control and I have worked at a resort so I always check for bed bugs. Nothing was found. The room has a small kitchenette with a small glass top with two burners, microwave, small coffee pot and sink. The hood over the stove vents to the outside so that’s a plus. There are no cooking utensils, plates etc. there’s also a desk, nice sized tv above the chest of drawers. Tiled floor! The restroom was huge and spacious. It was spotless. Not one hair to be seen anywhere. The motto is upgraded, the kind that doesn’t fog in the middle. You also have a hair dryer, along with an ironing board and iron. The overall feeling of the room is modern, clean and spacious. I took a start off because the towels are old, somewhat stained, with pulled threads. They did give us two toothbrushes, mouthwash, shampoo and two sm
