Staff here was super friendly. The rooms were super clean. The location was right off the highway and very convenient to get on and off as needed.

We will never never ever stay at any Comfort Inn this was the worst place that we ever stayed at my wife had called before we arrived there if they had a safe in the room she was told yes in all of the rooms when we showed up the pool area was under construction it was never mentioned about that online when we did the reservation when we arrived the day to check in we was waiting for 20 mins for someone to help us we was told by someone that was in the lobby at the time to yell for someone the manager come out of the office and said he was on a phone and that the person that was supposed to be in the front was coming in late so we finally checked in the first room that we got had cigar smell in the room that was every every strong and the air conditioner was not working so we had to go down stairs to tell the manager so he gave us another room we was supposed to be there for 6 days we checked out in 2 days also I had a fall in the shower that I had hit my head 3 times hitting the shower wall and hitting the corner shower and the shower floor I never mentioned it to the manager or to Expedia we decided to check out that day I tried to get refund for the 4 Days that we did not stay and was denied the staffing there SUCKS O I forgot to mention the that manager pleaded for us not to give a bad review that he would offer us free breakfast for a couple of days LOL 😂 nor will we be using Expedia anymore it was a very very very bad experience all the way around.

Worst experience I’ve ever had ever at a hotel would not recommend at all very nasty place and the area is terrible. Blood stains all over the room and horrible stench. Charged me extra $300 for absolute no reason.

The breakfast was included in my reservation and the front desk told me when we arrived the breakfast was with additional cost.

I chose this hotel because it said it had breakfast and also that it said it have a Airport transport when I showed up and called them they said they had no airport transport they were in the process of changing something which was really frustrating to me because I’m 70 years old and did not know the area at all And I had no help from them. Also when I check in they told me there would be an extra charge for my breakfast which was supposedly supposed to be included and that was not provided. This really had an impact on my state ended up having to walk to the airport which was over 2 miles away because I was unfamiliar with how to catch Alternate transportation. They need to put what they provide and stand by it it was listed in the summary that airport transportation was provided I would’ve never stayed there if that was the case totally disappointed

The front desk staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok. My problem was that the door latch lock and deadbolt lock did not lock properly and you could see where someone tried to pry the door open. House keeping was able to walk in just using key card. Called front desk twice but maintenance never showed up. Asked for them to check it the next morning but it never happened. With the lack of caring for my safety and comfortability I will never stay at this "Comfort" Suites again!!!

I liked that the room was very large. Other then that it was very dated, the material on the furniture was dirty and spotty. Breakfast was suppose to be free but we were charged, after we were sitting at the table eating. The employee said that they have asked the 3rd party companies to change the cost several times. Don't let the pictures fool you as they did me. It looks nothing like what the experienced. I was VERY disappointed and if I had not been so exhausted from a long days drive I would have left and found something eles.

Awesome staff
The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and accomodating. My only hiccup was i went to make coffee an there were live roaches in the compartment for water. I immediately took it to the front desk and the young lady explained that they are doing some renovating and apologized. Needless to say, I didn't have use for a coffee pot after that. I bought raid and sprayed the entire room in case they had friends. For sleeping accommodations it was ok. No pillow top mattress or form pillows but comfortable enough to get some rest.

Disappointing
This was my second or third stay at the hotel but was disappointed at their services this time around. For example, they indicated microwave and free on-the-go breakfast each morning on their booking website. These were blatant lies. Asked me to pay $5 per meal and no microwave in the rooms. I showed them the receipt but they did not honor it. It's a good place if you just want to sleep.

The staff were very unwelcoming and rude.Majority of the customers including me had to relocate to SpringHill Suite nearby. It was a terrible experience. These were the words of the manager "If you don't like this place, you can leave just because we complained that the bathtub was clogged and not draining at all. We only spent one night. Never again will lodge in comfort suite. I would like they refund the 2 remaining 2 days that was not spent day. The room was dirty Breakfast is at your own expense

The manager was one of the worst customer service person I have ever encountered we were given a room that was already occupied the second room the tv remote didn’t work toilet didn’t flush properly went down to the front desk and told them and was told no to a new remote and offered a plunger to plunge the toilet requested a new room and was told no got very upset and was threatened to be escorted off the premises and/or the police called
This is what is attached to the bathroom door what a joke

I liked that they followed through with providing transportation from the airport to the hotel even though a dedicated shuttle wasn’t available. I was able to call the hotel and they sent a Lyft on my behalf.

The staff were pleasant but the facility is not equal to that. The room shouldn't have been rented out. The room was hot, it stayed at 81° the entire time. There were holes in the bathroom wall they painted over them in the wrong paint color. The door frame was rusted and the towels had hair in them.

Worst Comfort Suites I’ve ever stayed! Looks like they are undergoing a much needed renovation but probably should not be renting rooms in their current state. Desk staff was not helpful and received two surprise charges in my credit card

After leaving I got charged $45 in random charges from them. I called and they said it was a breakfast fee. Breakfast was fee. They didn’t know what the other charge was. The pull out bed was broke and we had to put the mattress on the ground. And the air wasn’t on when we got there so it was 80 degrees inside and we had to sleep in that. It did not cool down until right before we left.

Staff was great. Facility was run down. Room smelled horrible. Carpet was sticky, bugs in the bathroom, bathroom smelled like a mens restroom, no coffee pot…nothing at all like a comfort suites used to be.

Bad experience
For the first night we had bugs in our bathroom. There were places On the wall that were patched in the rooms and not painted. They moved us to a different room the next day. The pool was roped off. Our catalytic converter was stolen from our vehicle on the second night. The breakfast was very meager. No hot water for tea and the juice machine was broken. Would definitely not recommend this hotel and probably won’t stay at another Comfort Inn
