Al numero di telefono riportato per comunicazioni e per avvisare di ritardi nell'arrivo (considerando che il check in chiude alle 17,30) non risponde nessuno (eseguite ripetute chiamate in orari diversi), ma risponde solo una segreteria telefonica, che tra l'altro nella frase di risposta preregistrata non specifica a chi fa riferimento la segreteria stessa. Al numero di telefono riportato sulla scheda di prenotazione, per telefonate dall'Italia, occorre aggiungere il prefisso 00 e togliere lo 0 davanti all' 1

delizioso alberghetto vicino al mare
Siamo arrivati fuori dall'orario della reception, ma al telefono ci avevano già dato il codice per entrare e le indicazioni della camera. La camera e il bagno erano spaziosi, puliti e confortevoli. Comoda la dotazione di asse e ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli e bollitore con tutto l'occorrente per tè e caffè. Sufficienti spazi a disposizione per riporre i vestiti. Il letto non era dei più comodi, ma abbiamo comunque dormito bene. Il lavandino era minuscolo nonostante il bagno spazioso. La colazione all'inglese era abbondante e il personale molto gentile. Non esiste ascensore, ma dovevamo fare due piani a piedi con scale molto ripide. Se si viene con la macchina, è un problema parcheggiare: pochi posti sulla strada, a pagamento dalle 9 alle 18 e con un massimo di due ore! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Inaspettata accoglienza
Una bottiglia mignon di vino rosso, due calici, noccioline e cioccolatini! Quale hotel ti accoglie con tale riguardo? Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio a chi vuole soggiornare a Brighton Hove con una spesa contenuta. Servizi taxi e bus vicinissimi oltre a negozi di tutti i generi, ristoranti e bar. Ottimo!

The guest house was close to the main Hove strip and bus stop into Brighton. There are lots of bars and restaurants near the house. Easy access with entrance code. Tv worked fine. The room an ok size but not in best state of repair and very dusty. The toilet and shower were tiny making it very uncomfortable to shower.

Road trip入住3晚, 訂房時顯示提供免費泊車, 所以是最重要吸引條件，但到店時說沒有泊車計施，要自行步行十分鐘外的付費-公共停車場，而且不是有出入閘的secuity parking! 另外，房內設備老舊，浴室沒抽氣，店內環境清潔更是不大好!

Away for work
Booked this accomodation as working away from home. I was in room 2 on top floor (there is no lift in this premises). Room was pleasant, but needed some love and attention in parts. Bed was okay, could have done with some more milk satchets in room. This venue was advertised with free on site parking. There is NONE. Had to go and park in car park (which I don't have a problem with, if I knew in advance).

A seedy down-at-heel seaside boarding house, from the black plastic rubbish bags in “reception”, through the missing light bulbs and the mould in the bathroom to the stained and dirty carpets and mirrors. The location should have been good, but we were kept awake (on a Monday night) by the shouting in the street of young men and women high on drugs or alcohol. Overall, a depressing experience, never to be repeated.

This was convenient for our purposes.The room was clean and bright and nicely decorated. There was a problem filling the kettle because of the size of the washbasin, and the hot water was not always very hot. It needed another chair in the room for putting clothes on.

Excellent one night stopover
Seafield Guest House is situated in the middle of Hove about 200m from the sea front. Parking is available in the multi storey car park opposite the Town Hall. £7 for 24 hours and a five minute walk away. The guest house is very clean and tidy. I met Frank, the owner/manager, briefly and was very friendly and helpful. My room (Goldstone) was perfectly adequate for my one night stay, with a comfortable bed and an en suite bathroom that was rather compact, but was big enough to have a (short) bath. Good value for money given the many more expensive options, and I’d not hesitate to stay there again.

Really good value for money. Clean comfortable room. Easy and consistent access to the free WiFi. Comfortable bed. Only strange thing was checking in on the Sunday afternoon when absolutely no staff there! However details re my room, door code to main entrance, details re breakfast, WiFi codes all on my bed plus my room key! Full English breakfast was cooked to order, hot and tasty, selection of teas, cereals, plentiful toast. Manager and person cooking breakfast were very hospitable. If you are willing to stay out of the centre of Brighton, very very reasonably priced. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again

We needed accommodation in Brighton as we were attending a wedding and Seafield served this purpose. It was functional and facilities were ok - nothing terrible, but nothing to rave about. Would recommend if you need practical accommodation but wouldn't recommend if you're looking for nice holiday accommodation.

Guest House not a Hotel
I have said that the Hotel staff were ok, this is because I never saw or spoke to them, so I don't know. I arrived at 9.30 pm and left at 8.30 each day so was given a code to get in. I stayed here for 2 nights because the Guest House is near my son The room was basic, the bed not quite double but comfortable for one person, or maybe two, not very tall, young ones. It was clean, small, had iron/board, hairdryer, coffee and tea facilities and on the second floor. I only slept there, did not have breakfast so can't comment on that. However, I could not step into the bath, which was too high for me and had no 'grab rail' so I could not shower. I left a note for the cleaner explaining and asked for a small step stool so that I could use it. When I returned, the stool was there in the bathroom but was the same height as the bath. so still could not have a shower! But, they did try to be helpful. I will not stay there again as the stairs made my stay uncomfortable, but would recommend it to younger people who wanted to see Brighton.

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Wir mussten aber leider lange lüften um den Geruch herauszubekommen und das Frühstück war nicht so besonders. Auf der Seite heißt es, es sind Parkplätze vorhanden, aber es gibt im näheren Umkreis nirgendwo welche wo man tagsüber länger als 2 Stunden parken kann, auch nicht gegen Bezahlung. Nicht für Autofahrer empfohlen.

Convenient location for Brighton Sea Front
On a very run down street in Brighton but very accessible to all amenities. Welcome was good from the Hotel Manager. The management are obviously trying very hard but the hotel is quite shabby. Certainly wouldn't have used the bath! Breakfast was included but the smell of frying food wafting up to our room put us off straight away, the smell lingered all day, until the next days fry up. Parking is also something to be aware of as the road is parking permits only which can be bought from the hotel at £5.00 per day, which maybe should be made clear on booking.

Check in und check out war sehr unkompliziert, das Personal ist freundlich und die Lage ist auch nicht schlecht. Sehr negativ war jedoch direkt beim reinkommen einen Teppichboden vorzufinden mit Schmutzflecken und gesaugt wurde definitiv auch nicht. In der Dusche/Wanne lagen noch Haare und irgendwelche Krümmel, wie auch an der Fensterbank. Das Fester im Zimmer war so kaputt das wir es nicht aufbekommen haben ohne die Klinke hinterher in der Hand zu haben, was eine stikige Luft zu Folge hatte. Die Klinke an der Badezimmertür war ähnlich kaputt. Auch muss man sich darauf einstellen alles, inklusive Gespräche auf Zimmerlautstärke vom Nebenzimmer mithören zu können. Der Kühlschrank funktioniert auch nicht. Allgemein lässt die Sauberkeit der Zimmer zu wünschen übrig. Ich bin niemand der makelose moderne Zimmer bei niedrigen Preisen erwartet aber bei Teppichböden staubsaugen und im Bad mal über die Oberflächen wischen und zusehen das in der Dusche keine Haare mehr liegen sollte schon drin sein. Das Frühstück war gut, frisch zubereitet und definitiv in ausreichender Menge vorhanden.

Hübsches kleines Hotel
Das Hotel befindet sich unweit vom Strand. Kleine Geschäfte und Pubs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. So kann man schnell mal nach Brigthon oder auch nach London fahren. Brigthon ist eine sehr schöner Ort der zum bummeln, einkaufen, relaxen und Strandspaziergängen einlädt.

Unwelcoming guesthouse needing urgent maintenance.
This is a Guesthouse not a Hotel as your website infers. On arrival we gave our details over the intercom but were left waiting on the doorstep- we had to repeat the process 5 minutes later to gain access. The sink in the bathroom was not properly secure and did not drain. The toilet seat in the minuscule bathroom was broken and the shower cubicle had mould. Street parking in the adjacent area was nigh on impossible.

The guest House is in a Road of Parking Permit Holders only or 2 hour limit on stay. Took more than 15 minutes on arrival to get a parking spot which has an 11 hour maximum and you have to pay over the phone with your credit card Also you must make sure you have a copy of your booking as you will need key password to get through front door and its says room you are in. No one there at 4.30pm on arrival but we did have an email to that effect. If you were driving and had no access to emails not sure what you could do so make sure you have there phone number on your contacts. Breakfast reasonable. Only small double bed and very small toilet, but did have a fridge and safe and left you cans of coke and tea/coffee etc.

In the right place
Good hotel,multi carpark not far away, free parking from 8pm to 8am. Then you had to dash to put a ticket on. Breakfast was really good and made to order. Staff were good . Very handy for shops, food and snacks etc. Will stay again. Would also say the rates were very good and with a good breakfast.

Nice comfortable room, parking is an issue, there is a multi storey 5 mins away but would be nice to park at the property, they do parking permits however never saw anyone at the B&B to get hold of one. ended up with a parking ticket when I was just nipping in to find someone to get one.

Seafield House ligt in een niet zo aantrekkelijke straat in Hove, dicht bij de zee, vlakbij een gezellige winkelstraat. Prijs/kwaliteit van de kamer is goed. Kamer was schoon. Voor een zogenaamde deluxe kamer, was het bed een beetje smal, maar wel goed. Ruime badkamer. Frisdrank op de kamer. Uitstekend vers op bestelling klaar gemaakt ontbijt. Houd rekening met parkeerkosten.

Great weekend away. Although not on the doorstep of the main town, it is only a 20min walk with plenty of other shops on route. Parking was available on a first come first serve basis and at just £5 p/n, very good value. Breakfast was plentiful and nice. Great place to stay for the weekend, highly recommended.

Wanted cheap accommodation for a three-day break
Plus points: Staff were pleasant, room was warm, off-peak cost was low, perfect walking distance for Big Tesco + shops, beach and Hove town, breakfast was good and plentiful. Negatives: Generally a bit dated and shabby, hooks missing, bulbs gone, towels shredded and needed replacing, shower gel/conditioner containers broken and had not been filled up in a while. Would NOT have been happy at un-discounted rate but it did the job.

This was awful. The room stunk of fried food and the toilet was tiny
