“Convenient location with easy parking. Clean, updated decor, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. My only real complaint was it was only one working elevator for the duration of our stay.”

“There was leftover food in the refrigerator and it was dirty. Carpet was very dirty. Bathroom was super dirty and not maintained at all. I will never go back to this property. We almost paid $400 for one night which was not worth it at all. I would even pay $50 for this room.”

“Hotel was closed for months. We were never notified. Called to find out increasing the number guest. Phone was answered by housekeeping who said the hotel wouldn’t be open until March. I guess Expedia was never notified by best western.”

“My room was extremely clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly, especially Marcel Roos the general manager was very helpful and accommodating. The pool was very relaxing. I was a little bummed that the Jacuzzi was out of order, but it didn’t affect my stay. Breakfast had plenty of varieties. I would definitely stay there again!”

“Parking was ok, but that was the only good thing. Dirty sheets with hair and stains that looks like bodily fluids from the previous guests. Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault.
