“The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The first morning room service did not come. The second morning they did come. Breakfast was decent. All in all solid but not spectacular.”

“This was an entirely different hotel from when I last stayed...We were safe and not bothered by anyone, but transients (drugs) are definitely housed here. The water and water pressure were great -- but the rooms do not have dishes, coffee makers, nor cookery, and they use too! This location is definitely neglected because of the new location across the highway..”

“The pillows were so flimsy, I basically got no sleep. The air vents were insanely loud when the AC ran which kept us up too. We had a handicap room, which should have been reserved for someone who was handicap. But the bathroom sink faucet was so close to the counter, water got all over the counter when we used it. It also stunk like weed on our entire floor. Which causes us to get headaches.”

When I arrived I was told that since my card was declined and I did not check in by 9 pm (which the check-in details had no cut off time for check-in) that they canceled my room and that they did not have a room for me. This left me and my children 5 hours from home with no where to stay! The woman at the desk was so unprofessional and...
