“Check in service was fairly uninviting and unfriendly. Entered our room (313) and the toilet was running. Could not get it to stop. Maintenance man was friendly, but definitely overwhelmed and overworked. Had to go to hardware store for parts, still unable to fix it (it ran all night and through our check out). “Continental breakfast was decent enough. Room was missing its smoke detector and there were a few minor hardware issues in the bathroom. I’d stay here again. It was clean and the price was right.”

“The staff member was really trying their best and seemed to be very short handed. The room had a plastic bag tied over and around the smoke detector on the ceiling. They had “upgraded” me from a single king to a suite with a jacuzzi, but honestly given the state of the facility I didn’t feel that jacuzzi was a health safe option. “Motel was in a good area for what we needed. Workers at desk were very helpful. House maid was helpful, and I appreciated that she checked in with me every day. Included breakfast was fine/normal. Carpet in hallway needs cleaning. Garden/outdoor area needs a lot of work.”

“Anytime you went to the front desk no one was there and you had to wait 15 - 20 minutes”

“The staff was very helpful when asked for help. We were there 3 nights. We had to ask for towels for 2 people. The trash was never emptied or the room cleaned.”

“Best hotel during our family roadtrip. We stayed here for 3 nights during a hockey tournament and it was AMAZING. THE BEST STAFF, breakfast was amazing, rooms were so clean, the pool and arcade were great too!!!! 100% recommend.”
