“First off the front end staff were very friendly. Both rooms I stayed in over 3 nights were clean and very modern. But the first room the wifi signal was not that great. 126. But 225 had great reception. I would recommend it to my family and friends. ”

“Everything was great, bed was comfortable, check in was easy. There was just one thing: I went down to ask if the front desk had a nail file and she looked at me like I had a hole in my head. Isn’t that supposed to be an amenity you provide if asked. I understand not having them in the room anymore - but to not have them at all and then when a guest asks for one to look at her like she is stupid for asking - I don’t think that’s an IHG standard. ”
