“Rooms were clean . Service was great .. but the place is starting to look like it needs some care .. it’s starting to show its age …”

“Lovely place to stay by the ocean”

“After multiple stays, all rooms appear to need new flooring and couches desperately. Bedding and bathrooms were very clean, however, there was a cheerio near the desk on the floor, and more food under the front edge of the couch. The couch had a questionable white stain on the cushion, and stains on carpets. Because the floor had not been cleaned properly, it did not leave us with much confidence about the cleanliness of the room overall (ie wiped down door knobs, light switches etc)”

“The room was dirty. Floors were not swept, light sockets were nasty, shower curtain was dirty, no fan in bathroom, hole in the wall, fire alarm hanging from ceiling. Pictures on Expedia did not look anything like the room we had. Had to call and get more clean towels, no maid service for a full week. Only good thing about the room was the clean bedding. The restaurant was very good.”

“Clean , good location to venture out. Good breakfast , free parking, nice staff”

“Shower was cold. After 10 mins of running the water, finally got to a somewhat warm temp, but still not what I would consider an adequate temperature for showering. Carpet in room was full of stains. Hotel room and bathroom were desperately in need of an overhaul. Staff was good, initial room had a smoke alarm that was chirping every 30 seconds. Front desk staff graciously changed our room without incident. ”

“No shoes allowed from the front door throughout the hotel. So take some slippers!! The owner makes you feel like you are invading here space and makes you feel like her time is more important than the customers time. There are lots of rules and $100 potential fine if you make a sound or wear your shoes. The owner can be quite sarcastic . Lastly She was upset by the amount paid. I booked online so they set the price not me.”

“Did not provide a copy of the receipt at check-in and when asked to email it at checkout still have not received. They had build my card even before I got there during business hours which your site says I won’t be billed till check-in”

“Brand new mattresses, so comfy. Suite was very big. Large, clean washroom. Lots of parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was opening day for the hotel but the restaurant wasn’t open yet. Our only complaint was that the floors squeaked so we could hear the people above quite a bit. ”

“Super Friendly and very clean room smelled amazing when we walked in. tho we only used the room for a shower the beds seemed very hard but overall the staff was kind the facility was very clean the grounds were well cared for.”
