Main villa bedrooms all have balcony access with views of the mountains with sitting area .There is one bathrooms with bath and another bathroom with a shower and all of them have a hot water.

The kitchen come with fully equipped coffee/tea facilities,kitchen or kitchenette, microwave, stovetop toaster Hot air oven and has barbecue facilities .

For entertainment there are 2 lcd smart tv(40 inch with cable channels ),(32 inch for karaoke)Pool Billiards 4 in1: 7 foot, stereo speakers with bluetooth 2 microphone karaoke 2 exercise bikes.

For Activities basketball backboard high 2.1 meter ,trampoline 8 feet with a backboard, slider with swing and a slider for a smaller children.

This Villa is pet friendly for 2 small pets that weigh under 10 kilograms per pet, with additional cost of 200 baht per stay per pet. Food and water bowls for the pet, as well as beds for the pets are not supplied at this Villa and you agree that your pets are not allowed upstairs on the beds.

#Mosquito, ants, termites and other insects can be problem in Thailand. We have a pest control service on the property to minimise the problem.Each month throughout the problem a services team will control and spray an anti insect to the property and inside the house.Mosquitoes can appear, but mostly in the hours when the sun goes down and up and rain season.

#Please allow the gardener, pool boys and access during your stay.
