“Nice hotel, clean, great location but best of all great service and nice rooms.
Everyone in this hotel is very nice and accommodating. If you ask where something is, they take you to it. If they don't something you need, they go above and beyond with trying to get it for you.
Room was nice, very hot out, but a/c cranked. Last day of check out we went to their downstairs activity room. Golf, bowling, pool, shuffleboard, a bar and appetizers. Easiest way to kill an hour of two with the kids...

“Our stay here was exceptional except you weren't allowed to bring outside food in or DoorDash. I understand that since they have a restaurant on-site but it closes earlier than we thought. We were in town for a concert and wanted a bite to eat afterwards but just went to be a bit hungry lol. We probably could have found somewhere to dine but it was 11 pm on a Wednesday...not many dine in spots hence the need for DoorDash. I would absolutely stay here again despite that minor inconvenience....

“We planned the booking for the pool but it was cold, the floors were slimey, the water was foggy and the hot tub was out of order. My granddaughter was extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t have booked had I I is that the pool was in that condition.
The room was ok but very noisy with the pool there.
The one gentleman in the evening was very nice”

“This place used to be nice years ago, but had extremely gone downhill sadly. the windows of room were extremely dirty (we had a doorwall on 1st floor) the glass was so bad I tried to take hot water to clean it myself. I also was on my hands and knees in our hotel room cleaning the floors that were also extremely dirty. Also the bed sunk to the middle and was extremely way too soft and broken in. “Met or exceeded every expectation. Not sure if I got some kind of super-secret deal, but this hotel delivered FAR more than I expected for the very reasonable price I paid.
I travel to the Detroit area on business multiple times a year. I don't know how I never had this place come up on my list before. It will definitely be a "go-to" for me in the future.
BIG place. Really much larger than most Best Westerns. A few miles out -- but close enough to downtown to be reasonable for daily...

“The shuttle to the air port runs 24/7 so that was very helpful. However they dont make coffee in the lobby till 230am. There was no wash cloths in the bathroom and I never got the wifi to work but we had to go to sleep early so i didnt worry with it.. Bob Evans restaurant was within walking distance but dont get the burgers they were very dry.”
