“All of the above. Cleanliness, the room, the staff, location. I enjoyed the ambience. It had nice warm & cozy feel to it. It must have been the fireplace & the music. The amenities were not bad either but they would want to put some padding on those ironing boards & a dresser draw wouldn’t hurt either. Lol.
