A Home to Relax and Unwind
There are two separate living areas, so one group can put a film on while another eats or talks without anyone being on top of each other. Each lounge has its own smart TV with Netflix, which helps when there are different ages or bedtimes to juggle. If you`d rather soak than shower, the bathroom has a full-size tub.

Newsome is a quiet residential pocket on the south side of Huddersfield, with green space close by and the town centre a short drive off. There`s history and parks within easy reach, and food and drink a few minutes out by car.

Good to Know Before You Book
The flat is on the first floor and reached by stairs, with no lift. Parking is in the car park at the rear of the building rather than out front, with space for up to 3 cars. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third has a single, with a double sofa bed in the living room if you`re taking the full six. The bathroom has a deep tub rather than a separate shower. Check-in is self-service using a key from the lockbox by the apartment door, with full instructions sent the day you arrive. Please remove shoes to protect the carpets, and keep noise down between 8pm and 8am.

Extra charges
Early check-in or late check-out can be requested subject to availability: 1 hour for £25, or 2 hours for £40. These are arranged after booking through a secure third-party platform.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
