“Staff are good and courteous however they need training to handle international guests. The biggest problem was that there was rattling noise from above the room throughout the night. We could not sleep. Called the Front desk but the staff seemed helpless . Food was excellent and easily exceeded my expectations.”

“Staff really helpful, room was what was to be expected in accordance with the website, clean, food was really good too, overall very nice, only thing I could complain about would be that my flight landed at 07:35 and I was at the hotel at 08:00 I was able to enter the hotel and sit in reception but couldn’t check in until 09:30”
