The property features an open plan living and kitchen area, four bedrooms and a private garden, it's the ideal home to enjoy with your loved ones.

The Space:
Casa Feliz is an extensive home perfect for group getaways, whether that be family retreats or a social get-together. There are four bedrooms; two doubles, one small double, and one king, along with a large family bathroom. The king room spans the full space on the second floor and boasts a modern ensuite shower room.

Two of the first-floor bedrooms have ensuites - perfect for additional privacy when staying as a large group.

On the ground floor there is a large open plan living, kitchen and dining room, modernly designed with luxury interiors. This is the perfect space for all guests to enjoy home cooked meals around the dining table, or casual dining whilst enjoying the beautifully curated interiors.

The groud floor is also home to a separate smaller living room, and a downstairs WC.

Outside is an expansive garden, expertly designed and preseted to include furniture for lounging or dining al-fresco, outdoor cooking facilities and a rare find with such a beautiful property; a hot tub, which can be enjoyed all year round.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Casa Feliz are accessed via a key safe box and full details will be accessed prior to check in.

Private on-site parking is available for up to five vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Skirlaugh is located around seven miles North East of Kingston upon Hull City Centre.

Hull is a maritime city next to the Humber estuary in the East Riding of Yorkshire. The city is a treasure trove of rich seafaring history, stunning architecture, and a thriving arts scene. From exploring the captivating museums and art galleries to strolling around the picturesque marina, Hull offers a unique blend of cultural experiences and leisure activities.

Over the last few years, Hull has transformed itself into a real gem in Yorkshire’s crown offering the perfect mix of museums, shopping and nightlife.

You’ll find an abundance of galleries and museums around the city, while one of the main attractions in Hull is The Deep. This award-winning aquarium and be taken on a journey through prehistoric seas, past tropical lagoons, into the vast open oceans, down to the darkest depths, through the chilly Kingdom of ice and into the future.

Also nearby is the pretty market town of Beverley. A prominent feature is the historic and attractive place of worship, Beverley Minster. Visitors to Beverley often remark that it’s got a lot more to offer than had been expected. It’s an incredibly interesting, historic market town. Possessing it’s very own Minster and historic town centre, Beverley is a very pretty town which is full of wow factor for visitors.

Casa Feliz is close to Rise Hall, a popular wedding venue so the property also makes for the perfect base when visiting here for events.

Getting Around:
The nearest train station to Skirlaugh can be found in Hull where you’ll find routes to Bridlington, Doncaster, Halifax, London, Manchester, Scarborough, Sheffield and York.

A number of bus routes can be found running through Skirlaugh. Hop on the 24 to visit Hull and Hornsea, travel on the 242 for Hedon and Beverley, or take a trip on the 243 to enjoy Withernsea.

The nearest airport is Humberside, 32 miles away from Skirlaugh. International visitors can also arrive by ferry into Hull.
