Hotel vicino a Hulston Cancer Center - Springfield

“The breakfast was excellent. I would say it was probably best I've had at a hotel. The pool is on the smaller side but a nice amenity when you have children.”

“First off, the staff was wonderful. Parking was easy. Location was terrific. As for the room...the refrigerator made a noise and the sink was not convenient.”

“The first room smelled like cat/dog urine. It was disgusting. They gladly moved us to the next room over which smelled fine and looked clean. When we were leaving to go to dinner we found our door could not be locked. Room 3 was disgusting. Room 4 smelled somewhat better, but not great. The light in the bathroom did not work but the desk clerk was able to fix, We had no choice but to stay as we would have lost our money. This hotel needs serious updating and cleaning! Would not stay here again!”

“Noone came to clean our room or brought clean towels. We had to go out and buy toliet paper and bar soap. They gave us 1 tiny bar of soap and that was in our room when we arrived. Breakfast was horrible. They had cold breakfast sandwiches. My egg was frozen. We went out the last 2 days for breakfast. We will not return. The room was nice when we got there and absolutely nothing else they would do.”

“The room and property were very clean. Pool was nice. Breakfast had waffles, eggs, cereal etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. This didn’t bother me but could be a concern for others… I could hear the lady next door very clearly. My room faced the highway and parking lot. I could hear the traffic and people outside. Probably better on the backside of the hotel. We had 2 rooms, both had a few gnats but luckily nothing too crazy. Shower was nice. No lotion provided though. Overall it was nice!”

“Beautiful old world charm in good location being walking distance to several good eateries. Staff were extremely helpful especially with tourism recommendations. Additional cost for a beautiful breakfast well worth it. Highly recommend this property”
