“The flowers and outside were beautiful.”

“We loved the layout of the one bedroom unit. Having a separate bedroom and living room was very nice. The bedroom is big with a large closet and the king bed was extremely comfortable. One note is that there is not much lighting in the bedroom unless the window shades are open. It was very convenient having the breakfast included. Another plus was having four EV charging stations available.”

“This hotel is conveniently located, well maintained, and has amazing service. My compliments to the gentleman who serves as the night clerk/night auditor. Your friendly suggestions made my early morning work go so much better.”

“My only critique is the shower floor outside of the River room. Slippery when wet!! Once soap and shampoo hit the floor I was grateful for the grab rails.”

“Great location and I appreciated being given a ground floor room on the end near the dog lawn as I had my small dog with me. Little shop for supplies was helpful, breakfast was ok but they need to get plug-in hot water heaters as the water was always lukewarm for tea. Staff were helpful and cheerful. I would stay again as it was an overall pleasant experience.”

“The hotel was new, clean and comfortable. I'd never been to Eugene before and found the neighborhood to be a bit sketchy. Lots of homeless and grunge; like a Portland South.”

“Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The bed linens were not clean and had visible stains. There were also hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived, which made the room feel poorly cleaned. In addition, the front desk was often understaffed, and we had to wait a long time each time we needed assistance. We hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards and front desk service, as these issues had a negative impact on our stay.”

“They put me in a room where the shower was all peeling and had rust stains. It was also near the exit of the building so it was very loud ! And to make matters worse- a smoke alarm continued to go off in somebody’s room, very late at night, every 30 minutes or so for a very long time!! Why wasn’t that remedied by hotel staff immediately!?! Someone was supposed to be in the office all night long. When I complained about my night, upon checking out, the front office clerk didn’t even apologize...
