“We love the hotel’s Art Deco/contemporary luxury design, making it a truly unique and beautiful property. A lot of thought goes into every aspect from the impressive reception lobby to the luxurious bed linen. “I wish we stayed longer! There was so much that this resort has to offer! We came late due to the flight, but we got to experience their many pools, the hot tub/cave sauna, the acupuncture stones. How we wish to see their mini town, slides and zoo! What I also like about this resort is that they provide insect repellant/lotion that keeps the bugs away from you and that really helped with our comfortability there. The only downside was the breakfast food. I wish they had more Malay dishes for...

“at the check in , 1. reception unable to find my booking . it take her a while to find it. only has one staff attending to one big grp check in Hotel room 1. House cleaning - checked in with room no towel n toilet roll. 2. Internet connection - not working at all despite inform the reception 3. Aircon started to leaked at 2nd night ( room 110) ”
