Conveniently located just 50 mins from San Juan airport and cruise terminal, this villa has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation and with easy access to area attractions.

Beautiful ocean and golf course view 3 bedroom, 2 bath multi-level villa completely renovated in 2016. INTERNET AND ACCESS TO PRIVATE BEACH VILLAGE POOL.

Our villa is located in Palmas del Mar, a 2,750 acre gated community 42 miles east of San Juan or a 50 minute drive from the airport (SJU). Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our fully equipped villa. We are located 100 steps to the beach and situated directly next to the private pool. We have staff on site to care for the villa and can assist you if you should need anything. It's fun to walk or rent a bike to go around the community and enjoy the amenities of Palmas del Mar including 2 award winning championship golf courses, tennis, marina, 4 star restaurants, health club and spa. Palmas del Mar has the Caribbean's largest tennis center with 20 courts and 3 different types of surfaces. Children's park including swings , slides, climbing walls and a skateboard park only a few mins walk away with free access.

Our villa is located right next to the newly renovated private pool and is a 1 minute walk or 100 steps to the beach. Enjoy nearby attractions including; Bio bay, biking and kayaking in the nature preserve, zip lining or hiking in the El Yunque Rainforest, take a day trip to Old San Juan or visit the nearby islands of Vieques, Culebra or Monkey island. You can also visit nearby La Monserrate Beach and Kiosks in Luquillo. This is a fun experience to sample many different local Puerto Rican foods. Ponce, the island's capital, is rich in history and architecture and only 1 hr 45 mins away.

The villa has an en suite master bedroom with a king size orthopedic mattress and a balcony overlooking the golf course. Enjoy your morning cafe con leche on the terrace overlooking the golf course with distant mountain views. This a a great spot to sit and bird or iguana watch in the morning.

The second bedroom can sleep 5 with twin beds and a trundle or 2 twins can be converted to a king with our professional conversion kit. This bedroom has a lovely ocean view and you can hear the surf lulling you to sleep every night. You can also access the outdoor living space from this bedroom. All of the ceilings and doors in the villa are cathedral height giving it an open and airy feel.

The third bedroom is a spacious private loft that can sleep 4 with 2 twins that can be converted to a king and two roll away (cots) beds. There is also a pack and play which can be used as portable crib.

The kitchen is brand new with European style cabinets and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for both small and larger groups. The kitchen has beautiful white stone counter tops and a custom mosaic tile back splash reflecting the colors of the ocean. We have seating for 10 people in the dining area and additional seating outside for 4 on both the front and rear terraces.

The villa is equipped with all the extras for a fun day at the beach. We have body boards, sand toys, sand chairs, coolers, pool noodles, beach bags, beach towels and a beach umbrella.

The villa is fully air conditioned with individually controlled wall units in each room. We rarely need the A/C as the ocean breezes provide wonderful ventilation. The views from this villa are unsurpassed. Sit and enjoy happy hour on the front terrace overlooking the ocean and the island of Vieques.

There is plenty to do right in Palmas but if you desire to leave the property then there are many sites nearby to explore.

There is an additional fee of $25 per guest per night after 6 guests.

The swimming pool has rules and times for use, and the use is limited to up to 6 guests of the villa at a time.

We purchased this property because of the view. We have an unobstructed ocean front view and we are steps away from a beautiful beach. There are beautiful views of the golf course and mountains from the back terrace. The nature surrounding this property is amazing and it is a quiet and peaceful setting. We also have the bonus of being in a sea turtle conservation area where every year turtles return to lay their eggs.
