AGGIORNAMENTO DELLA PROPRIETA '- 18 APRILE 2016 - I DUE LETTI MATRIMONIALI E IL LETTO DUE NELLA QUARTA CAMERA DA LETTO SONO STATI SOSTITUITI DA DUE NUOVI LETTI DELLA REGINA - NUOVI MOBILI, NUOVI MATERASSI E NUOVI LETTI

Soggiorna in una magnifica villa sulla spiaggia a soli 20 passi dal meraviglioso Mar dei Caraibi. La casa si trova a Villa Palmira, una comunità privata recintata sulla spiaggia incastonata tra la Riserva Naturale di Punta Santiago a sud e miglia di spiaggia a nord.

Con oltre 4.000 piedi quadrati di superficie abitabile, questa è la casa più grande e spaziosa della gated community di Villa Palmira. È anche una delle case più vicine alla spiaggia. Goditi la vista della spiaggia e dell'oceano dalla veranda, dal soggiorno anteriore, dal cortile e dalla spaziosa terrazza al secondo piano. Poche case nella comunità offrono viste sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano. La casa mediterranea a due piani è completamente arredata e completamente climatizzata, ha quattro camere da letto e 3 bagni e mezzo. Le camere da letto possono ospitare comodamente 10 persone su quattro letti queen-size e un letto king-size. Sono inoltre disponibili una culla portatile, un seggiolone e due materassi ad aria di dimensioni standard. Un cortile lussureggiante e vibrante ti aspetta con una piscina privata, doccia esterna, sala da pranzo per sei sotto il gazebo, un tavolo da patio per quattro e grill a gas. La cucina e la sala da pranzo sono state pensate per intrattenere. Il layout aperto può ospitare comodamente 10 persone tra il tavolo da pranzo e il tavolo della colazione con molto spazio in più. La casa ha diverse aree salotto: due soggiorni al primo piano e due aree salotto al piano superiore. Una spaziosa terrazza al 2 ° piano si affaccia sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano, perfetta per guardare l'alba con una tazza di caffè o guardare il tramonto con un bicchiere di vino. Le sistemazioni includono TV a schermo piatto, TV via cavo, lavatrice / asciugatrice e Wi-Fi in tutta la casa.

We were 8 of us and the home had everything that we wanted. It was spacious well maintained and stocked. Plenty of everything one would need. The pool and backyard area was fantastic. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the hikes along the coast and into the adjoining nature preserve. Great relaxing vacation enjoyed by each and everyone one of us. Thanks to our host who was very responsive and had provided great suggestions for dining and things to do nearby.

The house was great. Plenty of room for a family of 8 adults and a 2 month old baby! Very pretty and well taken care of. We didn't realize until we got there that it wasn't really beachfront. It is very close but not what we expected. Then hurricane Erin came through the day after we arrived and the beach was too covered with seaweed and the water was brown all week. So that was disappointing. We made do and found other beaches within an hours drive to enjoy. Loved the island and it's people. Loved old San Juan! Thanks Arturo!

Family Girls Trip 2025

A beautiful property! Check-in was simple & easy. Our home-away-from-home was grand but comfortable, with more than enough room for our whole group. My favorite spaces were the upstairs couch, overlooking the upper deck & the upper deck itself, especially in the early morning - pic below. The kitchen was well-equipped (& the absence of a dishwasher meant that our kids were on dish-duty after meals - great)! Sadly during our stay, there was a tremendous amount of red algae wash up at the beach, typical for the time of year, according to one of our budding scientists. However, we enjoyed a nearly-private public beach east of Punta Santiago, just a 5 minute drive away. And the pool - gorgeous! Lots of time spent floating & enjoying the sunshine.

We had a great stay at this property for our family vacation. We shared the home with 3 families, a total of 13 people. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and it was a great set up for our group.The home is exactly as pictured and we felt like it was a safe neighborhood. There are restaurants and stores about 10 minutes away. We did have to drive to our daily excursions, but we were glad to be away from the busy city of San Juan. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the park beach just down from the home during our visit due to the record sea weed on the east side of the island. The properties' location next to the beach was a huge reason for booking the property, so this was a big disappointment. The park and view were still pretty, just could not access the sandy beach. This is not a reflection of the host or the home itself, but rather an issue with mother nature. The home was very clean and Arturo was a great host and very responsive.

Fabulous 70th BD trip for Husband

Can't say enough positive about this wonderful home. Everything is exactly as shown. Traveled with my husband, 2 of our adult children and their spouses. Comfortable living room and beds. Well equipped kitchen where we prepared almostall our meals with a large dining area. We used the pool area every day which is its own tropical paradise. There is a gas grill there that works well with a table and chairs in the shade. Walking out the front door to the left you are in a beautiful ocean front park. The beach was great! And we had it all to ourselves almost the entire stay. Our kids found live sand dollars and star fish which was so cool! There are lots of hiking trails close to the house and a WWII bunker which was very interesting.We were within less than an hours driving distance of our other adventures. We spent a day exploring Old San Juan, took a ferry to Calebra Island and Flamenco beach, took a day private boat tour to other islands to snorkle with sea turtles and visit a sand bar where they filmed scene for Pirates of the Carribean. We also spent a day at El Yungue Rain Forest to see some beautiful water falls.Great communication from Arturo made this trip a 10 out of 10. Absolute perfection! all our meals with a large dining area

Great family vacation!

Arturo’s house has a great set up for groups made up of couples and families where everyone prefers to have their own space. It is just as advertised and pictured. I was there last week with my husband, 2 sons and their wives and 2 grandsons and everyone had more than enough room. The pool and outdoor covered area with seating was the highlight for us, and we spent many hours there after our daytime excursions and beach/snorkel trips.I have booked through VRBO many times, and have never encountered a more responsive host than Arturo. He was always available to answer questions and deal with minor issues immediately. (and no, I have no other association with him). Every email, text message and phone call to him over the course of the booking and the stay was answered quickly and efficiently and respectfully. If you’re thinking of booking, just do it and rest comfortably!

I’m not sure I can find all the right words to describe our holiday stay at Punta Santiago. Our family has been planning this trip for two years and poured over twenty Puerto Rican beach homes before selecting this one. We have no regrets. The host Arturo is responsive and knowledgeable. Magnificent Stay

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home. Arturo was wonderful to work with and has made his home feel like our home. A great option for a family vacation!

We had an amazing time in Puerto Rico staying at this property. It was perfect for our family of 10 - great sleeping arrangements with a king and 4 queen beds. We loved the proximity to the beach - a very short walk down the sidewalk and through beautiful coconut trees. Could see the ocean from the balcony! It also came with a tent for the beach which was great for those who got sun burned :) We loved sitting by the pool outside each evening and visiting the excellent restaurants just outside the gated community. We knew this going in, but be aware that this is located about 40-60 min. Away from the luquillo and Fajardo area where many of the popular excursions are located (rainforest, zip lining, bio bay, fishing, etc.) it wasn’t an issue, just be prepared to drive. And the driving was a bit hairy if you’re not from a big city! I can’t speak highly enough of the host, Arturo. He provided great recommendations and was incredibly responsive when we had a coupe of questions! Overall, we really enjoyed this trip to Puerto Rico and staying at this property. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, roomy,and close to the beach. There was enough for 8 adults 1 teen and 1 infant. The accommodation was excellent. There was a crib high chair and pack and play for the baby. Great spot

We loved it. Owner was having roof work done so the living room had a leak but we found a bucket and it didnt bother us. Really interesting artwork, and interesting cut out and steps as you walk in. The cutout is probably supposed to be a picture frame for artwork and the staircase, but it does pose a trip hazard and wouldnt be suitable for wheelchair access (although the side gate might work), had a view of beach from upstairs. 4 bedroom 2 with ensuite, the other 2 really shared a hall bath but there is a 4th toilet off kitchen which is great. Mostly gated community with beachfront access and short walk to beautiful national park as well as 3 restaurants (one of which gave my hubby food poisoning poor guy). 35 min to great beaches to the north and the ferry to the islands, a little over 2 hours around the southern coast to an amazing bioluminescence bay you could swim in as well as the second largest city, which has some cool spots. Drive from airport ranges from 1 hour to 2.5 hours depending on traffic. Well worth being out of San Jose a bit. Well equipped kitchen with lots of options, beds were fine. All in all we loved it and would definitely go back. Everyone enjoyed our time and didn't want to leave the house! The outdoor area as well as the little kitten who kept visiting really made it perfect.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the Caribbean Oasis. The home was as described and Arturo was very responsive. House kept very cool. Access to the grill was nice, especially in the absence of an oven. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach was also lovely.

Beautiful home close to the water

The property is spacious, well stocked with wonderful views of the water. Plenty of gathering spaces inside and out. Our group of eight women were very comfortable here and especially enjoyed the outdoor pool area.

The property is absolutely beautiful!! Spacious and comfortable!!! One of the air conditioners was not working ... what was needed for it to work was on order but did not get there before we left :-(The beach had just had a rainstorm/hurricane & not ready! the best at this time...
