The Space:

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps up to 4 guests in the heart of Palmas del Mar, Puerto Rico's premier golf-and-beach resort community. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen — both designed for easy, restful nights after a day in the sun.



The open living area flows into a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a home-style meal, and a smart TV keeps the space feeling like a true home base. Both bathrooms are finished with spa-style rainshowers, adding a small daily luxury to the stay. High-speed WiFi keeps remote work or streaming effortless throughout.



Step outside and you're within view of the golf course, with the beach just steps away and a shared pool right by the building — grab a towel and you're in the water in minutes. The unit sits on the first floor, so there are no stairs between you and the door.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas. Check-in is contactless via keypad — your personal door code and directions through the Palmas del Mar security checkpoints are sent by email on the day of arrival. A dedicated parking spot is included right by the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Palmas del Mar is Puerto Rico's largest gated resort community — a polished mix of golf courses, marina, beach club, and low-key luxury on the island's southeast coast. It's an easygoing, family-friendly enclave, equally suited to a quiet golf getaway or a beach-focused week with the kids.

- Palmas del Mar Marina & Yacht Club — waterfront restaurants and boat-watching, minutes from the condo

The nearest major airport is Luis Muñoz Marín International (SJU) in San Juan, about an hour's drive away. A rental car is the most reliable way to explore Palmas del Mar and the surrounding coast, and it's what most guests choose. Uber operates in the area and can be requested through the app, though wait times outside the resort can vary. Local taxis are also available on request. Within Palmas del Mar itself, the golf course, marina, restaurants, and beach are all a short drive — or in some cases a walk — from the condo.

Arrival & Departure

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 11:00 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.

Keep in Mind (House Rules)

- Parties, smoking, or loud gatherings aren't permitted.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.

- Pool wristbands are provided for your stay — a $50 fee applies for each lost wristband.



Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. This property does not have a backup generator. During an outage, we recommend keeping devices charged in advance and being mindful of perishable food.

- Water Supply: Water outages are uncommon, and we're prepared with backup water tanks on-site. If an external service interruption happens, we recommend using water only for the essentials and pausing the washing machine until service is restored.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
