“Pros:
- Very modern structure;
- Room's large and clean;
- Kind staff.
Cons:
- Restaurant has only junk food;
- Anything you might want you need to pay extra 5 pounds. Gym? 5 pounds. Parking? 5 pounds, and so forth.
The only exception is the breakfast, which is 10 pounds. If you take a cup of coffee and two cookies like me it's better go to Starbucks, stick is within the hotel.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. I can understand the complaints about the room being warm but it did not bother me as a fan was provided in the room which was fine. Very convenient for Humber Bridge walk and Hull City Park n Ride. The whole feel of the place would be greatly improved by investing in ground keeping, weed spraying etc. Breakfast was ok for the price. I would stay there again. ”

“The apartment was great. A supermarket is just across the street. the only thing was the parking was maybe 5-10min walk away so a tips is to drop off the luggage before parking the car. ”
