“The stay would’ve been tolerable if the front desk agent hadn’t overcharged me when I extended my stay. Every time I asked the same front desk agent for something he acted as if he didn’t know anything. When I got the chance to speak to a different front desk agent she was very helpful and processed the refund of the money that I was overcharged but I’m still waiting on that refund.”

“I had a pleasant stay at Winchester Inn & Suites Humble/IAH/North Houston. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a short stay.
