“As in the previous times in which we have been guests of the structure everything was comfortable, a structure that would need some modernization but absolutely comfortable and well maintained... we will return again when we are in San Diego again.”

“L'hotel è ben tenuto, le camere,non troppo ampie, sono però piuttosto pulite. Purtroppo il servizio non è il massimo: la camera non viene pulita e il primo giorno neppure avevano rifatto i letti. La zona è molto tranquilla e carina. Ci sono ristoranti vicini,ma chiudono presto.”

“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable. I was in room 709 Marina Tower”

“This property reminded me of an aging debutante who owns the family castle and reputation but cannot keep up with modern times…think Downton Abbey on a marina. From the reading room loft that you see when you walk into reception but the walls aren’t lined with old tomes; instead it’s just wall paper. The spa has limited, overpriced services- all co-ed. I heard someone say the bicycles you can rent aren’t well maintained and the restaurant, while it had good food, isn’t open on Sunday or Monday...
