“My room (caramel) was huge! Clean and comfortable, though slightly difficult shutting the door with the big curtain behind it. One star deducted for no fan, no one told me the wifi password when I arrived, and there was no cereal or fruit left by 9am for breakfast on Sunday. My parents also paid £30 a night to have their dog in their room yet there wasn’t so much as a dog bowl included, so they could do better on that front.”

Our room was spotless, and the entire estate was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We felt very secure throughout our stay. The on-site parking, located behind secure electric gates, was particularly reassuring. Despite the area's narrow roads, access was straightforward, and the safety mirrors installed...

“Fantastic cosy room. Lovely shower , comfy bed. The check in is via phone and a key safe . The room was well stocked and very clean. Main problem is the doors to rooms don’t have quiet closing so when the ignorant other guests go in and out there is constant slamming of doors. We stayed in the room with exposed beams and it was very well thought out . Good for walking holiday due to location.”

“Che peccato! Una struttura magnifica in un luogo splendido. Purtroppo il servizio, dal concierge alle cameriere veramente non all’altezza (invio foto di come hanno lasciato il pigiama 😳). Nella lista dei ristoranti del circondario proponevano locali chiusi da anni. L’Ascensore è rimasto rotto da quando siamo arrivati al terzo giorno quando siamo andati via, eravamo al terzo piano. Cena con ottimo food e buon servizio ad un prezzo veramente troppo alto. Colazione solo “a la carte” lentissima e...

“Als je na een lange reis in de bloedhitte eindelijk aankomt bij een hotel, verwacht je op zijn minst dat je vriendelijk en met aandacht wordt ontvangen. Niet dat er ondertussen druk op de telefoon berichtjes worden getypt. Ik bedoel... wat is nu 5 minuutjes even met onverdeelde aandacht je gasten ontvangen? De kamer was bloedheet, maar daar kan niemand iets aandoen. Het tapijt is goor evenals het hoofdeind van het bed. Badkamer was prima en netjes en ruim, niets op aan te merken.”

“The property is very clean, beautiful and well refurbished and right in the heart of Marlow. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food itself (breakfast) was a bit poor but OK. We didn't have any hot water to take a shower unfortunately but stayed only 1 night anyway. The room itself which was the only one available during booking was very very snug and air circulation at night made a bit stuffy but we would visit again , hopefully get a bigger room and hot water.”

“After a bad start (we arrived late - after a phone call in wich they say "don't worry if you arrive until 9pm someone will be there" and then nope...we arrived at half past 8 but nobody was in there and we had to make another 2 phone calls to have the key for the room...) all was just great! Room was clean nice and comfortable. Also on the ground floor ther is a kitchen for the guest where is possibile to make some coffee or tea and using microwave. breakfast is hude and very good...you can...

“We had an amazing night staying in the deluxe suite and it was spectacular. The room in the accommodations could not have been better. The staff in the bar, restaurant and hotel were all very nice and happy to help in any request that we had. Food restaurant was great and the atmosphere was terrific – definitely check out the Abbey directly across the street.”

“No door on the bathroom in the bedroom, which wouldn't be a problem if I couldn't see the toilet from the bed. If you'd like privacy when you go to the toilet, this might not be for you. But other than that, the venue is amazing and the staff were incredible”

“Hotel molto carino e pulito. Un po' più moderno rispetto agli standard inglesi d'arredamento alberghiero. I bagni presentano il solito problema inglese della mancanza di miscelatore nel lavandino, risulta quindi complicato lavarsi comodamente. Molto silenzioso, probabilmente perché ristrutturato bene e di recente. Il posto attorno all'hotel è bellissimo. ”
