Owners couldn’t have been nicer and if you are looking for something special you won’t go wrong with Hunnydorm. Take the car along the coast road and you will find fabulous beaches and special coastal locations- Holkem beach, Wells Next the Sea, Brancaster, Sheringham and of course Cromer. ”

“4 night stay at Sancia was fantastic, the accommodation is like new, everything you need to welcome you in. The bungalow is spacious and clearly newly renovated. Well equipped kitchen with high end appliances, and all the cooking utensils, pot, pans, cutlery and crockery to cover all our needs. Location is brilliant, pub 50 metre walk with great menu and fairly reasonable. 10 min walk down to the sea, 5 mins in the car to Hunstanton, 20 mins car to Wells. Private, quite, safe, and felt like home...

“The cottage was immaculate and very welcoming. It feels like a home from home and is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of space and hangers for clothes! There are toys for a wide range of children. The courtyard garden is tiny but very pleasant to sit in scented by honeysuckle. The cottage is within easy reach of the beach and ideal for families.”

“Recently modernised, immaculately decorated and furnished with all the facilities one requires for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. A comfortable and warm property - the beds are supremely comfortable!. Ideally placed for excellent pubs and restaurants plus shops for excellent local produce. Many local attractions to suit all tastes and age groups.”

The extra room for washing/drying etc was brilliant and didn't have a problem with the walk in shower although small it was functional. my only critic but on a personal level was the beds seemed very soft. When we arrived we were not aware that the local pub was closed for refurbishment which was a shame as we wished to walk around the village rather than having to drive at night. “Had a wonderful week in glorious mid May weather. The cottage is gorgeous just the right side of stylish whilst being homely and comfortable. Scandinavian vibe. Able to take the family dog who had his first taste of the sea; he and we lived our best life for a week.”

“Great location, with a lovely sea view to accompany your breakfast, and off-road parking just off the High Street. Easy and effective key pick-up and drop-off. Nicely furnished and comfortable one-bed flat, bang in the centre of Hunstanton, basically.”

“Highly enjoyable. We found it easy find from the instructions. The description was accurate for the property We stayed there with our daughter and were visited for one day by one of our grandchildren and his partner. I believe everyone found it a comfortable experience On the negative side there seemed to be a shortage of useful crockery. The limited amount of China etc caused extra work as there was insufficient to cover the use of the dishwasher comfortably.”

“Really cosy property and everything you needed. Fantastic location, supermarkets, the wonderful Hunstanton high street a few minutes walk away. Fantastic walks along the beach, to the dunes as well as the woods in land. Very nice garden which I am sure is great in summer. A great place for a relaxing break.”

“Very nice property but located on a soulless modern estate with no local facilities. No washing machine. No personal touches that you normally get from super hosts.”

“Location good,just inside desperate for being decorated, curtains in double room fit where they touched, can get good stuff from charity shops. Mattress very uncomfortable springs digging into your back or sides. Not good”
