“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“Front desk staff is most excellent. I've worked as a front desk clerk and I know what to expect, so giving this team an excellent is not without professional knowledge. We were a family travelling and had several needs and the staff worked to accommodate all of them.
We will always choose this location when needing to be in this area. :)”
