“Really did not enjoy the stay”

“New and very well positioned hotel along the river. Easy parking, and check in. Most amenities unavailable on a Tuesday, private club to join for Casino, bar. And outside the confines of the hotel there was a strong smell of smoke from the Casino. Huge room on 6th floor, with great view of river, river traffic and the lighted bridge to the south. Walked downtown waterfront to find food.”

“Dirty sheets. Shower didn’t drain”

“The hotel room was very clean and the beds were comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and the overall stay was pleasant. The only downside was the breakfast. The food selection was limited and the quality was disappointing. Other than breakfast, the hotel experience was good.”

“Excellent layover stay”

“Air Conditioning was noisy, the bathroom door did not close. The linens were dingy. The furniture was subpar, lots of damage on them scratches and dings. The carpet was stained and dirty, the bathroom had water damage around the tub and there were cracks in the ceiling drywall. ”

“Left side of upper hallway of ceiling was falling down, it was not blocked off when we checked in. There were several holes in the ceiling of the right end of hallway as well that wasn’t covered or blocked off. Handle of the sink came off in my hand when I went to turn on the water. Overall facility was in disrepair. Would not recommend staying here.”

“Sorry to say but the garbage in bathroom had not been picked up before we got there. And the coffee provided was stale dated and stale when I made it. That was a bummer first thing in the morning! The room was comfy and clean to the max besides!”
